Our speciality being transmission, we offer you the biggest range of models and teeth.
In addition to our own production of aluminium sprockets, we work with several suppliers.
JT is our main supplier, its C45 steel product range is huge.
Other suppliers offer quality by giving the teeth (C45H) a special hardness processing or they are more specialised in Italian, Spanish or older motorcycles.
However, none of them is able to offer a range which is 100% complete.
That is why we have a special and exclusive custom-made production service: we have our own manufacturing unit to produce the special items,
which can not be provided by the suppliers from abroad and for the production of all aluminium rear sprockets.
This local manufacturing demands a big machine park, know-how, specialized technicians and an opening to the external markets so that the investment is profitable, like our export of aluminium sprockets towards about fifteen countries.
Our machine park comprises :
- 4 machining centres with computerized numerical control which are regularily looked after by the constructor to allow low tolerance work;
- 4 gear cutting modules with worm hob to cut the teeth with an almost unique technique obtaining a perfect concentricity and rounded teeth surfaces, so that the risk of breaking and the risk of injuries is minimized;
- several other machining, adjustment and sandblast devices;
- an aluminium colouring and anodizing unit.
Technical information
Our own production covers notably:
- rear sprockets in alluminium alloy 7075 T6;
- steal rear sprockets that are not usually available: special non-standard teeth, new models or old ones. We use either:
- steel C45 (hardness 60 kg)
- teh best : C45H with special treatment of the teeth to obtain a hardness of 130kg, hardwearing quality: impossible to drill into the processed part.
